MoTak MUF-72 Description
The MoTak MUF-72-HC undercounter freezer has a solid-state thermostat that enables users to adjust the temperature as needed from -7 to -1 degrees Fahrenheit. To enable routine temperature monitoring, the digital display always delivers an updated readout. The doors self-close when accidentally left open, trapping cold air inside and reducing the amount of wasted energy. If an employee wants the doors to stay open, they can push them past a 90-degree angle and they'll remain that way until released.
For durability, the MoTak MUF-72-HC undercounter freezer has a white aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, sides, and front. Stainless steel is great in commercial applications—it doesn't corrode, dent, or scratch with repeated use. The cabinet contains three storage shelves coated in PVC to add a layer of protection. Its refrigeration system is self-contained to streamline installation and the condenser slides out for access if service is required.
