MoTak MDC35-X Description
Equipped with eight racks, the MoTak MDC35-X mobile ice cream dipping cabinet accommodates (28) 3-gallon tubs of ice cream. It features two transparent hinged lids with full-length handles, and because its top is stainless steel, it can withstand rigorous use without scratching, rusting, or corroding. For additional corrosion resistance, the unit’s remainder is constructed of white aluminum, and to expedite cleaning and maintenance, its condenser coil is accessible.
Enabling users to transport it for service or cleaning, the MoTak MDC35-X ice cream freezer is mounted on 3-inch swivel casters. The temperature can be adjusted from -10 to -5 degrees Fahrenheit using an electronic temperature controls system, and it’s an eco-friendly unit because it cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It comes with tub holders and night covers, and overall, it measures 88.63 inches wide by 27.75 inches deep by 52.25 inches high.

Good not great
The racks that hold the ice cream and collars that go around the tubs could be better designed. If the tubs are not replaced 100% correctly everything gets cockeyed. Other than that a great unit. Wheels came attached
We appreciate the honest feedback. It's helpful to know the unit performs well overall, while the tub racks and collars can take a bit of precision to line up correctly. Thanks for pointing that out for other buyers considering this model.
