Facilitating access to the cooking chamber, the Marsal SD-448 pizza deck oven is fitted with a spring-balanced door. The brick deck is 2 inches thick, and the cooking chamber measures 48 inches by 36 inches by 7 inches. Accommodating four 18-inch pies, several pizzas can be prepared at once, speeding up cooking times in a busy environment. For placement on uneven floors, this unit is fitted with adjustable legs.
The Marsal SD-448 single pizza deck oven has an aluminized steel interior to streamline cleaning. For strength, most of the unit is constructed of resilient stainless steel. This oven operates with natural gas, and overall, it measures 65 inches wide by 43.25 inches deep by 55.5 inches high. Its temperature range can be adjusted from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit.
