Marsal MB-866 STACKED Description
For temperature adjustments from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, the Marsal MB-866 STACKED pizza deck oven is equipped with thermostatic controls. It provides even heating with its brick-lined ceiling, which is arched to direct air to the top and sides of pizza. With two decks, this unit accommodates a total of (16) 16-inch pizzas at once. Built into the unit, fiberglass insulation preserves energy and prevents heat loss. To further contain heat, its doors are double paneled and remain cool to the touch.
The Marsal MB-866 STACKED double pizza deck oven operates with natural gas and measures 86 inches wide by 52.25 inches deep by 71.25 inches high. To help employees place and retrieve product, the unit's interior is illuminated with bright halogen lights. The exterior's top and sides are made of resilient stainless steel that withstands heavy-duty use without rusting or corroding.
