Marsal MB-866 Description
The Marsal MB-866 pizza deck oven's sides and top are constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel to withstand high-volume use. Its black doors are double paneled to reduce heat loss by creating an air shield, which also keeps them cool to the touch to minimize burn injuries. With fiberglass insulation, this unit prevents heat and energy loss, and thermostat controls enable temperature adjustments from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Its brick-lined ceiling is arched to provide even chamber temperatures.
The single cooking chamber in the Marsal MB-866 deck oven accommodates eight 16-inch pizzas. The interior is brightened with halogen lights to provide visibility while employees load and retrieve product. Its 2-inch-thick cooking surface measures 44 inches wide by 66 inches deep. Overall, this unit is 86 inches wide by 52.25 inches deep by 60.25 inches high.
