Made of 304 stainless steel and food-safe ABS plastic, the NSF-certified CDN DT572-R red folding digital thermometer handles high heat with a temperature measurement capacity ranging from -58 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit. The 3 3⁄8-inch stem has a 1 7⁄10-millimeter tip. It features quick responses in four seconds, data hold for easy recording, auto-off after 10 minutes, and two-way mounting. The thermometer is waterproof, shatterproof, and measures 5 1⁄10 inches long by 1 3⁄5 inches wide by 7⁄10 inches deep. Its battery lasts up to 12 months.
