SecoSelect R19 Description
For low-volume applications, such as room service, the SecoSelect R19 hot food box measures 22 7⁄8 inches wide by 23 inches deep by 28 1⁄8 inches high and includes eight perforated shelves on 2-inch centers. These shelves can be removed to accommodate variously sized prepared meals, and they can be cleaned thoroughly when needed. This welded, fully framed aluminum unit withstands high-volume use in commercial kitchens, and it's simple to wipe clean. Top and side carry handles enable operators to reposition this unit on countertops with ease.
The SecoSelect R19 Piper Series hot food box's heating system produces and maintains temperatures between 80 and 230 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure prepared dishes are held at appropriate serving temperatures. Users can adjust the thermostat quickly to accommodate different holding requirements, and a power-indicating light illuminates when the cabinet is in use. To preserve set temperatures, high-density fiberglass insulation is built into the unit, and the gasketed door's positive-action-type latch ensures it's closed to prevent heat loss.
