Crown Verity CV-MG-30NG Description
The Crown Verity CV-MG-30NG mobile griddle is heated with natural gas through a single connection. A stainless steel pilot burner tube system and radiants are heavy duty. There are four burners spaced 5.75 inches apart to create even heating across the griddle plate, so cold and hot spots are eliminated and food is evenly cooked. The griddle plate is made from 5⁄16-inch cold rolled steel. A splash guard around the plate prevents grease and food debris from getting all over other surfaces.
Cooking temperatures are reached within five minutes of turning the griddle on. Since the griddle is mobile, it makes this equipment great for outdoor catering events, event halls, and hotels. Two 14-inch wheels and swivel casters make moving the griddle easy. The entire unit is lightweight thanks to its unibody design; it also provides strength, along with the angled legs and undershelf. The Crown Verity CV-MG-30NG mobile griddle is constructed of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
