Crown Verity CV-MG-30LP Description
The Crown Verity CV-MG-30LP mobile griddle is the perfect piece of equipment for outdoor catering, country clubs, event centers, and more. This unit uses propane gas for fuel; a tank holder on the rear holds a 20-pound propane tank. Two stage regulators and hoses are included, and the griddle has a single gas connection. Stainless steel radiants are heavy duty and will not move even when cleaning or transporting the griddle.
A stainless steel pilot burner tube system is used to heat the four burners under the griddle plate. The griddle plate is made from 5⁄16-inch cold rolled steel for durability. A splash guard prevents grease and debris from splattering onto other surfaces. Durability is gained from the 304 series stainless steel construction of the griddle. The legs and shelf add strength to the structure of the unit, whiles its unibody design makes it lightweight for easy transportation.
A pan sits beneath the griddle to collect grease and food debris, making cleanup easy. Cleaning the pan is quick and simple since the there is a built-in drain port for emptying the liquid. The Crown Verity CV-MG-30LP mobile griddle has two 14-inch wheels and swivel casters that make it possible to move the griddle.
