Crown Verity CV-MCB-48WGP-LP Description
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-48WGP-LP mobile grill comes with a windguard that keeps heat around the grill; it also acts as a splashguard to prevent grease and food particles from getting on people and other surfaces. A majority of the unit is constructed from 304 series stainless steel for heavy duty use and resistance to corrosion. Its unibody design creates strength but remains lightweight for easy transporting. With the undershelf and angled legs, more stability is added to the grill. A water pan collects debris during cooking to prevent grease fires, while the drain port makes discarding of liquids easy to make clean up simple.
This grill is heated with LP gas and comes with a two stage regulator and hose. It is equipped with a tank holder on the rear of the unit that is able to accommodate a 20-pound propane tank. The grill can heat to cooking temperatures within 5 minutes to provide you and your guests with quick service. Six burners are spread across the grill 5.75 inches apart to create an even cooking surface that eliminates hot and cold spots. The pilot burner tube system is made from stainless steel for durability. The Crown Verity CV-MCB-48WGP-LP mobile grill has stainless steel radiants that stay in place while cleaning and transporting.
