Equipped with inlet strainers and integrated check valves, the Zurn Industries 12-ZW1017XLC Aqua-Gard® tempering mixing valve prevents debris and backflow from disrupting potable water systems. Featuring a 1⁄2-inch copper sweat connection, it installs directly at the potable water heat source and is built from lead-free components. It measures 5 7⁄16 inches wide by 5 1⁄4 inches deep for compact utility.
