Built with stainless steel construction and rounded corners, the Arcobaleno APCE28D Elettra electric pasta cooker reduces edge fatigue and streamlines routine wipe-downs. Holding up to 14 gallons, its dual-tank design supports individual cook cycles with manual three-position temperature controls, and it intercepts impurities with an integral skimmer before evacuating through a floor drain. A continuous feed system preserves an even fill across both tanks, while a safety sensor suspends heating if the flow is disrupted. Featuring an adjustable base, the frame measures 31 1⁄2 inches wide by 28 3⁄4 inches deep by 36 inches high and adapts to angled flooring.
