Holding 11 gallons, it uses a continuous water fill system to maintain consistent volume. A three-position temperature control regulates heat output for different pasta types, while a water safety sensor stops operation if levels fall outside the proper range. Measuring 15 3⁄4 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 24 inches high, the stainless steel frame includes a tap and drain to simplify filling and emptying between cycles. Rounded corners eliminate tight creases, and a large skimmer intercepts surface residue before it accumulates.
