SAN-AIRE PD-100-M Description

This San Aire PD-100-M PowerDry™ kitchenware dryer can be mounted on the wall above a kitchen's dishwashing area to dry trays, dishware, pots, and pans quickly. It includes U-channel ends that can fit to a standard wall mount, and the thumb screws on each end of the unit are simple to adjust. To resist rust and corrosion in humid dishrooms, it's made of 20-gauge stainless steel, and for an unobtrusive design, it measures 28 inches wide by 8¹⁄₂ inches deep by 9¹⁄₂ inches high.

When the lighted rocker switch is flipped on, the San Air PD-100-M kitchenware dryer releases air at 826 CFM. This even air distribution reduces spotting and streaking to elevate food presentation. The air cools kitchenware to the touch while it’s drying to prevent injury, and two aluminum filters built into the fan help prevent dust particles from entering the unit, improving sanitation. These filters can be removed and changed as necessary.
