The Convotherm C4ET6.20GS combi-oven has three primary cooking modes: hot air, steam, and combi steam. The hot air setting produces rapid, even heat transfer in the center of food. Fish, dough products, and vegetable are best cooked with the steam mode since vitamins and colors are preserved. The combi steam mode uses elements from the hot air and steam settings to produce juicy, flavorful food.
This model has a 9-inch control panel with an easyTouch user interface, where all of the operating functions are kept in one convenient location. There is a ring indicator that shows the current operating status of the unit. The full size Convotherm C4ET6.20GS combi-oven can store up to 399 cooking profiles with up to 20 steps each, helping keep consistency with product. The control panel features an on-screen help function with supplemental on-topic video content.
