Convotherm C4 ET 20.10GS Description
The Convotherm C4ET20.10GS NG combi-oven is heated with natural gas and generates steam with an injection spritzer. The unit has many different modes that provide flexible cooking options that can increase production and expand menus: hot air, steam, and combi steam. There are low temperature and Delta-T temperature settings that allow slow, gentle cooking that is safe to leave on overnight. The retherm setting reheats food to a fresh state for serving.
The oven has an easyTouch control panel that keeps all functions in one accessible location. The panel is completely touchscreen and antibacterial, which promotes easy and safe use. The control panel on the Convotherm C4ET20.10GS NG combi-oven has an on-screen help function that features on-topic video content. This half size model can store up to 399 recipes with up to 20 steps for quick access to most popular menu items.
