The electric Convotherm C4ED10. 10ES half-size combi oven runs on a boilerless system; instead, it uses an injection/spritzer. The interior of the unit is accessed by a right-hinged door with a door handle that has a safety latch and slam function for safe and convenient applications. This unit has 11 shelves for pans, racks, baskets, and plates. The temperature inside is monitored by an external core temperature probe. A five-speed fan circulates air evenly between the 11-shelf interior.
The combi oven has four cooking modes for a variety of cooking options. The hot air, steam, combi steam, and retherm modes provide varying temperatures and functions for four separate applications. The Convotherm C4ED10 .10ES combi oven is regulated by a control panel with an attractive and functional digital display. A USB port is located on the control panel for storage of up to 99 recipes with 9 steps.
