Operators can use the touchscreen to access temperature controls, dispense metrics, and diagnostics, as the simplicity of the screen layout lets new and old staff alike operate and understand the equipment. Its pull faucet has a soft silicone tap to help protect ceramic and glass servingware from damage, and the fully insulated interior top and sides maximize heat retention for improved efficiency. For rigorous back-of-house use, this unit's mixed material construction provides durability, while the design is a visually appealing addition in the front of house.
