The Fetco HWB-15 low-volume plumbed hot water dispenser (H15011) is recommended for medium-to-heavy duty cleaning tasks and product prep. Operators can set the thermostat to a precise temperature for the desired, consistent dispensing of hot water for various foods such as gravy, mashed potatoes, oatmeal, cheese sauce, gelatins, and more. When hot water is ready to dispense at the temperature preprogrammed by users, the green ready light shines, and for optimal heat retention and improved efficiency, the interior top and sides of the dispenser are fully insulated.
