The Fetco CBS-52H-20 coffee brewer (C53016) is a high-volume machine able to produce 40 gallons of coffee per hour. Its quick, gravity-flow dispense system is suitable for fast-paced cafés and restaurants. The unit is simple to operate—needing to be programmed only once—and it will remember those settings until they are changed.
When its handle is moved to brew, this Fetco CBS-52H-20 coffee brewer (C53016) starts brewing, and it shuts off if its handle is moved to stop. Throughout brewing, the basket stays locked in place, reducing the risk of accidental burns. For additional safety, the hot-water faucet is located on the front, away from hot components. The water tank refills automatically to reduce manual upkeep and features a drain to streamline cleaning.
