The Maxx Cold MXCR29SHC X-Series sandwich and salad prep table incorporates an adjustable shelf to fit a variety of products within comfortable reach. Separated by clip-on divider bars, eight sixth-size polycarbonate pans are protected by an insulated cover, while an 11 7⁄16-inch cutting board creates a flat surface for assembling orders. With a 33 to 41 degree Fahrenheit temperature range, its self-contained, rear-mounted system evenly circulates R290 refrigerant using a digital thermostat with LED readout.
Fitted with four 3-inch casters and two brakes, the Maxx Cold MXCR29SHC prep table offers quick maneuvering and secure placement in tight prep lines. Its compact 28 9⁄10-inch-wide by 29 9⁄10-inch-deep by 43 1⁄5-inch-high stainless steel build includes a hinged door and surrounds a 7-cubic-foot powder-coated aluminum interior, defending it against rusting, spills, and wear in demanding settings. To reduce moisture accumulation and simplify maintenance, this table integrates a condensate evaporator.
