Infrico IUC-MSG52 Description
The Infrico IUC-MSG52 refrigerated storage unit measures 53 1⁄4 inches wide by 32 1⁄2 inches deep by 26 1⁄4 inches high with two self-closing drawers. These drawers—supplied with heavy-duty, stainless steel slides—hold meats or vegetables within comfortable reach as users utilize the worktop for countertop cooking. The exterior and interior body are made of stainless steel to strengthen the structure, and the interior cavity is foamed in with high-density polyurethane to maintain set temperatures. To grant mobility, this base sits on a series of heavy-duty, 4-inch casters that lock at the front for heightened stability.
Because the Infrico IUC-MSG52 chef base is built-in with a monoblock, INFRBLOCK® refrigeration system, it’s pre-loaded with refrigerant and sports a compact design that includes an evaporator and condenser. It distributes R134a hydrocarbon refrigerant with the assistance of a forced-air system. The evaporator’s coils are coated to resist corrosion, and the condensing unit is extractable for service. It’s built with a digital temperature control panel that enables temperatures to be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
