Infrico IMD-ERV35II Description
The Infrico IMD-ERV35IIGD back bar cooler has three sections and a durable stainless steel construction designed for high-volume settings. Each of its three tempered glass doors has an integrated handle that resists loosening over time and a lock to secure the cooler's contents against theft and tampering. The triple-chamber door gaskets are removable for cleaning and snap in to create a tight seal that prevents cold air from leaking. The refrigeration system works to hold set temperatures between 39 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
Insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane foam, the Infrico IMD-ERV35IIGD bar cooler retains cold temperatures, saving energy and keeping products fresh. To streamline cleaning, the cabinet has removeable shelves and brackets along with a built-in internal floor drain. For wastewater disposal, the drain can be connected to the building's plumbing system, letting water flow away freely during sanitation procedures. The full unit is 53 1⁄4 inches wide by 20 1⁄8 inches deep by 35 3⁄4 inches high and provides 11.65 cubic feet of usable storage space.
