MoTak MHP36 Description
The MoTak MHP36 commercial hotplate is a countertop gas unit designed for high-heat cooking applications. This 36-inch-wide hotplate features six 25,000 BTU cast iron burners, each with an individual pilot light and manual control knob for adjustable heat output. The removable cast iron grates provide a sturdy cooking surface and can be lifted off for cleaning. A full-width stainless steel grease pan collects drippings to simplify cleanup.
Built for durability, the MoTak MHP36 hotplate is made of stainless steel and includes adjustable, nonskid legs for stability on countertops. Its extended front edge remains cool to the touch for added safety. While this unit is shipped for natural gas operation, includes an LP conversion kit for propane use.
