MoTak MHP24 Description
Designed for commercial kitchens that require compact yet high-output cooking equipment, the MoTak MHP24 gas hotplate features (4) 25,000 BTU cast iron burners. Each burner is individually controlled with manual knobs for precise temperature adjustments, allowing operators to prepare multiple dishes at different heat levels. The burners include adjustable pilot lights for reliable ignition, while the removable cast iron grates provide a sturdy cooking surface and simplify cleaning.
Built with stainless steel construction, the MoTak MHP24 gas hotplate is durable for frequent use and easy maintenance. Its extended, cool-to-touch front edge enhances user safety during operation. A full-width stainless steel grease pan collects drippings for simplified cleanup, while adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs ensure stability on countertops. The rear-located 3⁄4-inch NPT gas connection supports a natural gas setup, and the included LP conversion kit and pressure regulator allow for propane use.
