MoTak MHP12 Description
Designed for compact commercial cooking, the MoTak MHP12 12-inch gas hotplate features (2) 25,000 BTU cast iron burners. The burners are individually controlled with manual knobs, allowing operators to cook multiple dishes at different temperatures simultaneously. Each burner is equipped with an adjustable pilot light for quick ignition. The heavy-duty cast iron grates are removable, simplifying cleanup while supporting heavy pots and pans.
Built for durability, the MoTak MHP12 gas hotplate is constructed of stainless steel and features an extended, cool-to-touch front edge for user safety. A full-width stainless steel grease pan collects drippings and is removable for easy disposal. Adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs provide stability on countertops, while the unit's rear-located 3⁄4-inch NPT gas connection supports a natural gas setup. For installation flexibility, an LP conversion kit and pressure regulator are included.
