The Cellucap Manufacturing D1825S8 rectangular fryer filter paper is designed to work with RTI fryer filtration units. This filter sheet removes food particles from fryer oil to extend the useful life of the oil, lengthening the time it can be used before it must be replaced. This white filter sheet measures 18 inches wide by 25 inches long and doesn't include a hole. It comes in a case of 100.
