To both prevent contamination and extend oil life, the Cellucap Manufacturing D1722E4 rectangular filter envelopes feature an ¹¹⁄₁₆-inch hole on one side that enables clean oil to pass through, leaving food particulates behind. The filters come in a case of 100 flat, white sheets made of 44-pound crepe paper. Each sheet measures 22¹⁄₂ inches long by 16³⁄₄ inches wide. They are made for use with Winston Collectromatic filtration units.
