The Rational iVario Pro 2-XS 440/480V 3 PH multifunctional cooking center is built for efficiency, featuring two 4 1⁄2-gallon pans and an integrated iVarioBoost energy management system that optimizes heat distribution. This unit provides a broad temperature range of 85 to 480 degrees Fahrenheit while iZoneControl enables up to four individually controlled heating zones. The iCookingSuite intelligent cooking system automates adjustments for precision, and a 6-point sensor core temperature probe ensures accurate monitoring.
Designed for convenience, the Rational iVario Pro 2-XS 440/480V 3 PH cooking center includes an AutoLift function for basket-based cooking and comes equipped with two AutoLift arms, a boiling basket, a deep fry basket, a cleaning sponge, and a strainer. To enhance workflow, a portioned water dispenser and retractable hand shower streamline operation.
