Black Diamond BDECTG-48 Description
The Black Diamond BDECTG-48 countertop griddle has a bull-nose front to protect operators' hands from heat and grease splatter. It's equipped with a trough that gathers food runoff and a removable drip tray that expedites cleaning. This unit features manual controls and is powered by natural gas.
Because the front, sides, and backsplash of the Black Diamond BDECTG-48 gas griddle are made of rust-resistant stainless steel, this unit can withstand heavy, repeated use. This construction reduces scratches and dents and can be wiped clean as needed. To accommodate various operators' heights, this griddle's legs are adjustable.
