Black Diamond BDCTG-36T Description
The thermostatic controls in the Black Diamond BDCTG-36T gas griddle enable operators to choose a temperature setting for each burner, as opposed to manual settings that only let users choose between high and low levels. It has three burners spaced evenly every 12 inches. The griddle plate is 35.75 inches wide by 22 inches deep; its 1-inch thickness withstands heat without warping and ensures uniform heat distribution.
Made of stainless steel, the front and sides of this Black Diamond BDCTG-36T commercial griddle are resistant to rust, scratches, and dents. It's mounted on legs that are adjustable to accommodate uneven surfaces. Splash guards around the griddle plate catch grease and debris to prevent nearby surfaces from getting dirty.
