Furnished with a rotary auger brush, the AyrKing BBSUL3134 BBS stainless steel breading station continuously agitates breading while separating and pushing out formed dough balls to keep the mixture evenly conditioned. A built-in dump area gathers excess product between runs, and the lower receiving pan captures displaced breading to reduce waste. Resting on four casters for smooth maneuvering, the 30 9⁄10-inch-wide by 38 3⁄10-inch-deep by 66 1⁄8-inch-high body offers an expandable setup with space for a third breading lug. Low-vibration operation preserves a quiet work environment, and its 60-second timed cycles standardize output to ensure repeatable results.
