Follett FBC-10T-RH Description
Accommodating 10 trays, the Follett FBC-10T-RH floor model blast chiller measures 31.50 inches wide by 32.88 inches deep by 64.34 inches high. To streamline installation, its refrigeration system is self-contained and cools using eco-friendly R452A refrigerant. The unit is constructed of durable stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion; to protect it from corrosion further, the evaporator is sealed and epoxy coated. Using touchscreen controls, temperatures can be adjusted from -40 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Follett FBC-10T-RH blast chiller brings food temperatures from 194 to 37.4 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 minutes and drops temperatures from 194 to -4 degrees Fahrenheit in 270 minutes. An alarm sounds if the temperature fluctuates out of its intended range, alerting users to prevent product spoilage. To drop temperatures rapidly and thaw frozen food, it includes a thawing function.
