The Perfect Fry PFA500 ventless deep fryer is a compact countertop unit, measuring 17 1⁄5 inches wide, 26 4⁄5 inches deep, and 30 1⁄5 inches high to optimize limited space. The fryer’s 2 9⁄10-gallon oil vat is fully enclosed for user safety and odor prevention and can be accessed by opening the fryer's front panel.
The Perfect Fry PFA500 automatic countertop fryer is electric for efficient, ventless operation. The fryer features a touch screen control pad that enables the user to run the entire unit with simple Wi-Fi-enabled controls. The interactive touch screen can set a timer for precise frying times. Foods can be placed in the included fry basket to be lowered into the hot oil until fully cooked; the basket then automatically raises and dispenses food from the front.
