The Perfect Fry PFA500 ventless automatic countertop electric fryer is a compact unit made for use in limited spaces. It measures 171/5 inches wide by 264/5 inches deep by 301/5 inches high. The oil vat is fully enclosed for user safety and odor containment. The vat can hold 29/10 gallons of oil and can be accessed for cleaning by opening the front panel of the unit.
The Perfect Fry PFA500 fryer is electric for efficient, ventless use. It is equipped with an automatic system controlled by a touch screen panel. This touch screen panel can be updated via a USB port and features optional Wi-Fi connectivity. By automating the frying process, this unit works to reduce labor so staff can focus on other tasks.
