Perfect Fry PFA500 Description
The compact Perfect Fry PFA500 ventless automatic countertop electric fryer measures 17 1⁄5 inches wide, 26 4⁄5 inches deep, and 30 1⁄5 inches high and is made for use in limited spaces such as convenience store counters and in food trucks. The fryer features automatic controls for simple use and quick staff training. It’s implemented with safety features such as integral fire suppression and is tested with the latest standards for secure and reliable use.
The Perfect Fry PFA500 ventless automatic countertop electric fryer has a protruding box on the front into which operators can dump food. The food lands in a non-stick fry basket, which is automatically dropped into the 2 9⁄10-gallon oil vat. When the time is up, the fryer automatically removes the fry basket and dispenses the cooked food from the front. Users should note that a container should be placed beneath the fryer’s door to catch dispensed food.
