The 7 7⁄10-inch-wide by 14 3⁄5-inch-deep by 22 4⁄5-inch-high ANFIM LUNA coffee grinder supports a singular hopper that holds as much as 4 2⁄5 pounds of product. Before the grinding process takes place, users can set the desired consistency using the grinding degree adjustment; for easier discernment, the value is readable on the grinder scale. To create a finer grind, the adjustment should be turned counter clockwise, and for a coarser grind, the knob is to be turned clockwise.
To streamline use, the ANFIM LUNA coffee grinder’s 3 1⁄2-inch touchscreen allows users to sift through various menus or recipes, such as single shot, double shot, Americano, and ristretto. Once the desired recipe is selected, this coffee grinder runs at 1,800 revolutions per minute and produces 3 to 6 grams per second. It automatically starts operation when the portafilter is placed inside portafilter support because of the unit's trigger switch. This coffee-essential tool users 65-millimeter burrs made of steel to streamline the grinding process.
