The ANFIM LUNA coffee grinder produces as much as 3 to 6 grams of coffee per second—ideal for coffee drinks including single and double espresso shots, Americanos, ristrettos, and more. This unit’s 65-millimeter, flat steel burrs grind beans at 1,800 revolutions per minute, while the single-handed knob enhances control over the grounds’ consistency.

The ANFIM LUNA coffee grinder features a support arm to hold portafilters; when the portafilter is added to the support, the portafilter trigger switch begins operation. Users can change the recipe and grinding time using the 3¹/₂-inch touchscreen display, which holds 3 programmed recipes. The spout, trigger switch, filter holder, and portafilter support can easily be cleaned with a brush, and the 4²/₅-capacity hopper must be cleaned daily with a damp cloth to reduce excessive oil accumulation.
