PizzaMaster PM 922ED Description
With two decks featuring stone hearths and the capacity to each bake four 18-inch pizzas at the same time, the PizzaMaster® PM 922ED 900 Series floor model double pizza deck oven features the Turbo-Start function, enabling this pizza oven to reach desired operating temperatures within 30 minutes of startup. The stone hearths in each baking chamber are made of a natural clay, providing faster heating and recovery with exceptional heat transfer. This oven can reach a maximum operating temperature of 932 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a digital display with a timer with manual and automatic alarm modes.
The durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel front on the PizzaMaster PM 922ED pizza oven is capped with a decorative eyebrow hood. The upward-opening, see-though oven doors with heat-reflective glass prevent heat from escaping and reduce the need to open the doors during baking. This unit features legs with lockable casters and a retractable, front-loading shelf.
