Libbey 15238 Description
The Libbey 15238 Gibraltar® beverage glass has a circular top and an octagonal bottom with paneled sides to add visual interest and provide a secure grip for staff and guests. With its 12-ounce capacity, this glass is ideal for serving water, soda, juice, tea, and mixed drinks. The clarity of the glass will show off any drink served in it, which enables servers to monitor drink levels so they know when to offer a refill.
This Libbey 15238 drinking glass is made with the company's DuraTuff treatment, which is a special heat process that adds durability to prevent breakage from mechanical and thermal shock. If the glass does break, the DuraTuff treatment offers another advantage: It will break into large pieces rather than shattering like most tempered glass, which makes it safer to use and less likely to contaminate food or injure customers.

Great Sturdy Glasses
The glasses are perfect. We have been using these glasses in our restaurant for years because they hold up to lots and lots of dishwashing! Two of the glasses were broken when they arrived. I think they could have been packed a little better. It wasn't worth calling about two broken glasses. Other than that, the shipping was fast and easy. I will order from you again.
Our everyday glasses for many years!
We like these glasses for the weight, size and convenience of having all glasses that match vs. odds and ends. For years, I've been buying this type of glass and am impressed by it's ability to withstand punishment. I buy them by lots of 48 knowing I can replace what would be missing from my shelves instantly. No more worrying about having parts of a set.

Perfect as ordered
For a commercial bar which is really not a factor. Just indicating we go through a lot of glasses. We have used the Gibraltar series for years and they are a durable glass. The Gibraltar series will hold a full 12 ounce drink, plus a little extra. KaTom shipments were on time and well packed.
Rim of the glass breaks easily
Today is just about 3 months after purchase and it seems like most of the glasses have been lost due to broken rims.
