The Wood Stone WS-SSR-57 1 spit rotisserie is engineered to work seamlessly with the Mt. Featuring a left-hand drive orientation, the rotisserie uses a single angle spit that rotates over the broiler’s existing fire source, enabling kitchens to prepare rotisserie items—such as poultry or roasts—using the same heat generated for charbroiling. This setup not only conserves fuel but also expands menu production within a unified footprint, eliminating the need for additional cooking equipment or power sources.
The Wood Stone WS-SSR-57 rotisserie is mounted on a forward-sliding rail system that extends 9 inches beyond the broiler’s width, allowing staff to load and unload food items without reaching over open flame. Its wrap-around heat shield helps retain internal heat while minimizing ambient exposure, improving safety and cooking consistency.
