Built for continuous citrus juicing in slim commercial spaces, the Zumex 09945 Speed Up All-in-One Slim juicer combines performance, compact design, and operator safety. It features a centrifugal mechanism with an automatic-feed system that can handle 40 fruits per minute, making it ideal for processing oranges, grapefruits, lemons, limes, and tangerines. The feeder holds 44 pounds of fruit at once, and juice is extracted at a rate of 7⁄10 to 1 1⁄5 gallons per minute.
To protect internal components and users, this Zumex 09945 automatic-feed juicer includes a triple safety detector system and motor seizure detection. It’s engineered to work with fruits ranging from 2 9⁄16 to 3 3⁄16 inches in diameter and has a waste bin that supports 100 pounds of pulp and peel. A black-finished exterior and IPX4 splash rating help it hold up in wet prep environments, while the integrated ASP® antibacterial system supports hygienic operation during frequent use.
