Merrychef eikon E3 Description
The Merrychef E3 eikon™ high-speed countertop convection oven is constructed of stainless steel to withstand high-volume use. Its door exterior stays cool to the touch to prevent burns. This unit uses convection and microwave technology to thoroughly heat product. A catalytic converter is built in to prevent the need for a vent. Internal components can be accessed from the side, while the air filter is accessible from the front. This unit has a 15-minute preheat time and a maximum cook time of 60 minutes.
To simplify operation, this oven has an EasyToUCH™ control panel that uses touch screen technology and icons. Multiple languages are available to accommodate everyone. It can store as many as 1,024 multiple-stage recipes. It has six stages with programmable cooking times and instructions can be added for each stage. The Merrychef E3 high-speed countertop convection oven has a USB port for updating recipes or transferring data.
