Wusthof 1120160212 Description
The Wusthof 1120160212 (formerly Wusthof 9740-1) two-piece classic carving set includes a 6-inch carving fork and an 8-inch carving knife. For comfort and balance, the knife has a full tang, and its bolster and finger guard help prevent slipping and cutting injuries during use. To prevent sticking, the knife has a hollow edge that releases meat. Made of forged stainless steel, the set is resistant to rust and water stains.
