Cook's Illustrated top choice. Sturdy enough to turn a brick. Love the offset slant and thin leading edge. Use it on the Barbie all the time. Great ergonomics. Just don't place or lean the handle on anything hot, otherwise indestructible.

Great holder
Just the right size for carrying your special knives. Holds about eight of them. Seems to be good quality. I bought this for my son because he cooks sometimes at our house but hates our knives. This way he can bring his own.

Cuts Like Butter
Bought this to replace my mom's peeler which was rusting out. More expensive than something out of the dollar store but worth it. Sharper and sturdier than any other peeler with this style (non-swiveling blade and plastic handle). The blade is crafted at the right angle that it digs into the skins and cuts through it like butter.

I used this needle in Germany to spick a lean beef or deer roast with strips of smoked bacon, but could not find one in the US until now searching the internet. I am glad I found it and making my own Spickbraten now.

The perfect fishbone plier
This is a high quality product. The serrations in the nose are well matched and easily grasp fish bones to remove them. The return spring may be rotated out of the way if not needed. The construction is durable stainless steel. This is by far the best fishbone plier on the market.
