This Wusthof 1065060201 (formerly Wusthof 8757) gourmet two-piece set includes a 5-inch spreader knife and a pair of kitchen shears. To smoothly spread ingredients with thick or thin viscosity, the spreader has a serrated edge and wide blade. For a hard edge that remains sharp and resists chipping, the metal is tempered to 56 degrees Rockwell. The kitchen shears have a come-apart design that enables thorough cleaning.
