Ideal for environments where it will experience rigorous use, the Wusthof 1040100410 (formerly Wusthof4066-7/10) classic paring knife is forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel. This type of metal provides excellent resistance to rusting and corroding, and it will maintain its sharpness over time. For additional durability, it features a full tang that’s triple riveted to the handle. Its handle is made of sturdy polyoxymethylene, providing a secure and comfortable grip. To reduce the risk of injury, the handle is outfitted with a finger guard.
