Forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel, the Wusthof 1040102207 (formerly Wusthof 4062-7) classic peeling knife is built to withstand rigorous use without rusting or becoming dull. It features a 2 3⁄4-inch blade designed to peel fruits and vegetables, and it’s equipped with a finger guard to reduce the risk of injury. Designed with a full tang for strength, the blade is secured to the handle with triple rivets. To ensure comfort during extended periods of use, it features an ergonomic handle made of sturdy polyoxymethylene.
