The Hobart VS9-13 slicer attachment with a back case and hopper front easily cuts vegetables, cheeses, and cold pepperoni if you use the tubular front. You can adjust the settings to have the slicer have cuts ranging from 5⁄8 of an inch to wafer thin, depending on how you plan to use the product. For even, quick cutting, stainless steel, scimitar knives are used since they add durability to the unit. The Hobart VS9-13 slicer attachment with a back case and hopper front does not come with an adjustable slicer plate.
