Hobart VS9-12 Description
The Hobart VS-912 vegetable slicer attachment aids staff in creating salads or slicing vegetables, fruits, and cheese. Its stainless steel scimitar knives consistently and quickly cut product into slices as thin as a potato chip or as thick as 5⁄8 inch. Its side is hinged so that it can swing open or be removed for cleaning and plate changing. An adjustable slicer plate, hopper front, and back case are included with this attachment. The Hobart VS-912 vegetable slicer attachment fits on mixers with a #12 attachment hub, but it can also be used with the PD35 or PD70 power drive unit.
